the room was quite spacious and comfortable. i liked the breakfast options at the restaurant, they were well stocked. the staff was also very helpful and wonderful.
dust was noticeable everywhere, even on the balcony. the facilities do seem somewhat unmaintained. the hotel feels as though it was better some years ago, but now it's just home.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to central one and centralworld (both were easy to reach). an e-bike station was a short walk away. the room was spacious and quite comfortable. i found the service excellent.
i did find that the air conditioner was a bit noisy. it made it slightly difficult to fall asleep at times. this is a minor issue, though.

My one-bedroom beautiful suite king featured a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator, which proved very useful. Plus, the separate living area allowed for relaxation without disturbing the sleeping space and included a work desk.

the complimentary afternoon tea with coffee and sweets at the restaurant was a nice treat. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of both western and asian options. the staff kept the buffet well-stocked and clean.

the hotel features a large swimming pool area and also a well-equipped gym. i saw three treadmills and several stationary bikes available. the pool had plenty of lounge chairs and provided a comfortable environment.

the hotel is near major shopping malls such as grand central and big c. the metro station is only a short walk away, and this made transportation very convenient (i found it easy to get around).

i found the suite spacious. there was natural light during the day and excellent lighting after sunset. i appreciated the balcony with a view and comfortable beds with many amenities, like a microwave oven. an illy coffee machine was also available (that was a nice touch!).
i noticed some dust, and the facilities reminded me of they were not well maintained.
